I have 4+ years hand on experience as IT technician and 5+ years as helpdesk technician. My role as IT technician was covering wide range of services both over the phone and call out. This included complete circle, starting from building PC and LAN cabling, up to configuring servers and clients (also software support). Since 2004 Im working as Helpdesk Technician providing phone and email support for ICT and internet products (such as broadband, Wimax, web hosting, mail solutions etc.), covering level 1 and level 2 support. I like challenges and always try to push myself to do more, learn more, train harder and develop further. Always ready to rise above limits and exceed expectations.

Internet and its ability have always fascinated me. As my interest and knowledge progressed in an informal way as a hobby, career wise Ive got involved in an IT role at my current position, which helped me to expand my already broad knowledge on the subject. Further need to develop my skills has led me to discovery and study of HTML and CSS coding, as well as basics of JAVA and PHP/SQL.
Subject of Internet Marketing is one of my personal interests, started back at the University, when I was writing about first steps of the Internet Marketing in Poland. Google was not that popular and terms such as Search Engine Optimization or Social Media Marketing were unrecognizable. Internet marketing at the time was very basic, using affiliate programs, banners and CPC type of internet ads. I was following this subject since then. Now I have developed skills in most of Online PR areas, covering subjects of SEO, SMM, CPC, PPC and online presence and I want to improve my competencies in this area in near future.
